Jacqueline was born in São Paulo-SP Brazil and raised in Fortaleza-CE Brazil. She’s the owner and founder of Jackie Brows & Beyond. Specialized , certified and licensed in the US as a Permanent Makeup Artist, with an Esthetician background.
She is a beauty artist by nature and her passion for improving people’s self esteem makes her go above and beyond the duties of her job.
Always trying to improve herself, she takes periodically workshops classes and certifications to deliver the most updated techniques for her clients.
She believes that every brow should be unique, designed and created based on the visagism of each face and personality, not a stamp that everyone is going for. She truly takes her time to design with love and perfection the brows and lips you’ve always dreamed of!
Helena Tolbert is an enthusiastic Brazilian Esthetician with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry.
She is highly skilled and passionate about skin care, waxing and eyebrows. Specialized in a diverse array of facials and skin treatments and holding a master USA Esthetician License, she has helped a number of clients to achieve the best version of themselves.
Over her career, Helena has dedicated herself to continuous learning and professional development, regularly attending workshops and seminars to stay at the forefront of the industry. This commitment to excellence is evident in her meticulous work crafting and personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and life styles.
